Our returns policy
Returns are accepted on in-stock items only and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and any hygiene seals intact, in their original packaging.
Made-to-order, custom, pre-order and sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges, and any international customs, duties or taxes, are non-refundable. Items returned outside these terms or not in their original condition may be refused and returned to the customer at their own cost.
